How often does a Reznor HVAC system require maintenance?
To maintain optimal function over a long period of time, your HVAC systems should be inspected, cleaned, and serviced once a year. This will ensure that your furnace is kept in an optimal condition to last as long as possible.

What size Reznor garage heater do I need?
There are many factors to consider when evaluating how large a garage heater you’ll need, including insulation, ceiling height, and the temperature you’d like to maintain for the space in question.
A good rule of thumb is 30-50 BTUs per square foot of space you’re trying to heat.
How long does the warranty last on Reznor Unit Heaters?
Reznor unit heaters have one of the longest warranty periods in the industry.
On parts, the warranty lasts 5 years. On the heat exchanger, the warranty extends for 10 years.
Is it ok to leave a unit heater on overnight?
In general, it is not advisable to leave a unit heater on overnight. Doing so can create a significant fire hazard if the unit should overheat, tip over, or short-circuit.
How long can a unit heater run continously?
That depends largely on fuel capacity, remaining fuel, and how hard the heater has to work to maintain the desired temperature.
How long do unit heaters last?
Generally speaking, a unit heater will operate without issues for a period of 15-20 years, unless it experiences a specific failure.
